I recently came across some AI slop depicting a very blond White Jesus giving Trump a back rub, as if he has been trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein for the purpose. The account sharing the slop prayed verbatim what the family in the first panel prays for here, that Jesus will protect Trump from “the lies his enemies are spreading about him” — namely, the longstanding relationship Trump had with Epstein and the sexual abuse they committed on teenage girls. That the Jesus portrayed was whiter than even traditional European conventions have followed was too absurd and racist to resist.

What Popular Mechanics called “The digitally recreated real face of Jesus.”

The Jesus I cast here is based on a rendering by a medical artist using forensic anthropological methods, as reported by Popular Mechanics in 2002. Is this what he really looked like? We really have no idea. But this portrait with thicker, kinkier hair and brown skin seems more likely than whatever Italian model Leonardo da Vinci was using 1500 years after Christ died.

In personal news: I came down with a viral infection in my nose, causing some really unpleasant swelling. I’m on antibiotics now and the swelling is down. And my complexion cleared up a bit, too. Thanks, Augmentin!
